Description:
Truvas Gold 20 is a fixed-dose combination composed of three medicines: Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin.
Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of drugs known as antihyperlipidemic. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipids. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol.
Clopidogrel and aspirin both belong to a group of drugs known as Antiplatelet. They work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body. Altogether ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN help to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain (angina).
Indications:
Truvas Gold 20 is used used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (Chest pain) & stroke.
