Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
To execute scientific promotion to HCPs, implement company’s strategy & to develop internal and external stake holders in the assigned territory
To Ensure 100% adherence to personal productivity KPIs like DIF, Customer Coverage, Call average etc. as per the company’s norms
To achieve primary and secondary sales target of the assigned brands
Actively engage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) via CMEs, RTMs, symposiums, conferences, and in-clinic interventions to drive business
Timely and accurate submission of tour plans, call reports, monthly reports, and attendance via the SFA App/geo-tagged reporting system
Systematically capture and share insights on competitor activities and market movements.
Ensure Full Regulatory and Compliance Adherence in line with industry regulations, company policies, and SOPs
